analog input (4-20mA) erratic

valski Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I've got an outputsignal from a speed transducer (4-20mA) fed to 6ES7334-0CE01-0AA0, analog input/ouput module. my problem is when i monitor the signal is somewhat erratice not stable, it swings from hi to low,despite using a shielded cable for the signal input, thus the control is problematic Any help/recommendation is very much appreciated. valski

First check ur Amps in the Channel using a Clamp Meter( If there s fluctuation there itself there s no problem regarding Scaling) . If no problem there then u have to take a look at your Scaling Part,, Also check the address u assigned for AI ,, AIW or AID ( AID is preferable) Posting a screen shot may help u for getting a sooner answer..
