we also have the same problem , after TDS motor burned out and complete system went "black" ( all generators stopped ) TDS type : DQ70BSC (Beijing Petroleum Machinery Factory)

After restart , the interface LED's  didn't light up any more

we replaced the the old Control-CUR         Q6VN608012   C98043-A1580-L1 15

with the (Written on the box: 6SE7090-0XX85-1DA0) new Control-CUR Q6T5391565 C98043-A1680-L1 13

the new board was supplied without  E-prom , so we install the old E-prom from the old board 

chip info: V98113-A1680-A1    4.8

Now the interface shows 2 blinking lights (red&green) 

the PMU shows code F060 and is not responding on the push-buttons 

as we where adviced the New CUR card maybe not working correct , I found an other new (boxed) CUR6SE7090-0XX85-1DA0   , and an pre installed EPROM V4.8  , after install this one , first Code F041 showed up and direct code F060 again , also no responce on the pushbuttons on the PMU again.....

as I,m not an expert, and all trained personal left the Project , maybe somebody can provide me the step by step moves to get the drilling rig back in biz

Ps: as the old crew took all information we are floating in the dark......

Also we need to recover the log-in/password for the computer system (WINCC software) any suggestions?
