AFarag101324 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear All I have ET200M Redundancy Bundle [6ES7153-2AR03-0XA0] & I want to know how to have 2 redundant power supply (24 VDC) at the 2 "ET200M" Modules so that if 1 power supply fails, the other works properly. Regards; Ahmed Yasser Hello, you don't require to use dual power supply only for IM. you can use Diode Bridge Circuitfor this requirement. Please have a look at the attachments. Hope this helps. AFarag101324 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear Amit Thank you for your cooperation I have 2 Power Supplies right now [Sitop: 6EP1336-3BA00] & [6ES7307-1KA02-0AA0] & ET200M Red.Bundle [6ES7153-2AR03-0XA0] already fixed in the panel. The Consultant asked me to provide redundency in the Power Supplied to the ET200M so I need to know the right wiring to achieve this pt. of redundency without having problems at the ET200M, especially that I have to supply this 24 VDC to the 2modules of the Red.Bundle. Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance Hello, As I told you , it is not required to connect two PS directly to IM. you need to insret diode bridge circuit for your application. From that Common Power will be available to both IM instead of using individual PS for each IM. With Diode Circuit , you will get PS Redundacy at CPU Level also. Hope you understand my point.

In H-System, Generally We use Sitop Power Supply having 10A Capacity both. Never used two different ratting of power supply for redundancy. I suggest you to select two similar Powersupply instead of using different amp rating Powersupply. Hope this helps.
