I have a project where the start of 3 pumps must be controlled and rotated according to their operating time. The pump must be timed between starts and i make this program in ladder in tia portal v14. 

Can you help me this solution? (I am a beginner programmer , that'swhy have to programming in ladder.)

Supplying help is not a problem. How about making a start with the things you should already know?

First create a Step7 project. Put in the correct PLC and assign all the inputs and outputs used for this project.

Next step: do planning by breaking down the project into smaller pieces. Tell us which pieces you are breaking it down to.

Starting small on the coding side -> One piece will have to measure the duration of a running pump. Create this little code piece.

Share your Step7 project for review at this point.

I have to regulated cooling water temperature with 3 pumps.

So my task : need cooling >> start 1 pump>> time>> need cooling >> start 2 pump>>time>>need cooling  i need heating stop 3 pump >>time >> need heating>> stop 2 pump>> time>> need heating >>stop 1 pump

And i measure circle time and rotate the pumps according to the operating time and I switch it up and down depending on the temperature.

My program details in zip packet.

I am impressed to see your efforts, especially since there are comments. Though I cannot fully appreciate it since I cannot read your language.

My opinion:
- You are making it more complex than it needs to be.
- Solve the problem on paper first, then "document" your solution through LAD coding.

Look at the "my task" steps you have written. This is what you need to code. Forget for the moment about pumps A / B / C.

The logic flow of 1st piece:

        start

The operating time of each pump is counted. This is the 2nd part. Counting how long a pump is active is independent of any of the other code sections. It can be coded and tested on its own. The outcome of the time measurement is important for the 3rd part.



The "next" pump is switched on / off each time the #pump variable increase / decrease. This is the 3rd piece of code which binds piece 1 and 2.

The "next" pump is selected by comparing the operating time of the pumps. This piece requires from you a detailed definition of how to identify the pump that will be switched on/off.
