what's with 1BH30 (analog output module)?

edwin saputra Experienced Member Joined: 2/12/2014 Last visit: 11/6/2025 Posts: 158 Rating: (0)	I made a program analog output using PLC 1214 AG40 firmware V4.0, and 1BH30 (analog output module) firmware V1.0, NORM I fill its value 0, MIN 0, MAX 100, and the contents of my SCALE_X MIN = 0 and MAX = 27648, then the output is 0. But when I measured the voltage analog output channel (pin 0m & 0) value of its 16 volt, why? instead supposed to 0 volts. help Me, please!

If 6es7-222-1BH30- it's not ANALOG module, but TOR module. You must use 4HB30 !

HugoD Posts: 439 Rating: (112)	Hello Edwin, edwin saputra in pin 0M and 0 = 16 volts Pin X10 (gold) X11 (gold) 1 L+ / 24VDC No connection 2 M / 24VDC No connection 3 GND No connection 4 No connection AQ 0M 5 No connection AQ 0 6 No connection AQ 1M 7 No connection AQ 1 X10 is the top connector, this is where you must plug you 24Vdc in PIN 1, M of your power supply yo PIN 2 and GROUND to PIN 3. X11 is the bottom connector, this is where you plug your output. Can you show us the address you have for the ouput signal you measure in the properties of the PLC and a printscreen of the output in a watch table online? Best regards, Hugo
