Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	Import of a Technical Question of the User pushly pushly Hello! I have a problem with my NetPro. I'm trying to configure the network for a project but when I open the NetPro the following message appears: "Additional software is required in order to edit this project. The project is write-protected and cannot be changed." Error code is 2263:53. I have opened a different project and i can configure it, so I don't think is something missing in my Step 7 installation. Any solutions? Thank you. Regards.

Jawadiqbalbaig Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi, I had same issue with my PCS7 multiptoject OS. I was getting missing PDM software package message upon opening my multiproject. After installing PDM software, issue resolved. Berif history is, I was using PDM on engineering station but as per customer request dedicated machine assigned for pdm purpose, hence upon moving the license to new machine and uninstalling from engineering statiom caused this issue. I recreated the same problem and found out that even if you move out the PDM license but software should stay on old machine. I have created service request to support team for proper way of uninstalling PDM from engineering station.
