I am unable to install S7 Distributed safety software in my laptop ( Software pack MLFB: 6ES7833-1FC02-0YA5). I am getting a error message " Software cannot be installed, Please try after some time". I have attached a screen shot for reference. Kindly suggest a solution.

Thanks for the reply. Currently Step 7 V5.5 SP3 is installed in my laptop. My operating system is Windows 7 Professional 32 bit. At the time of installation no other application was open. I have tried installing the software with admin rights, and i have restarted my laptop multiple times ( even antivirus was diabled at the time of installation). Even then the installation could not be completed. My colleague has installed the same software in his PC successfully.

I am under the impression that there is something wrong with my operating system. Maybe reinstalling windows will solve the problem. If you can think of any other solution, Kindly suggest.
