change daylight savings time<-> standard time

I have a s7-1200, 1214c, I used the blocks: RD_SYS_T WR_SYS_T for read and write the date and time of the plc in the properties of cpu "Time of day" I have set: Time zone = UTC+01: 00 Berlin, Bern... .... Daylight saving time = active Difference between standard and daylight saving time = 60 mins but the cpu does not change daylight savings time<-> standard time Can you help me?
