LED flashing in PLC

Shams Posts: 23 Rating: (1)	Bahrain123 Good morning dear, we have S7-400 PLC, and we have the following problem: All the LEDs of all the cards on the PLC panel are flashing and PLC system is not responding to communicate with labtop! We have turned-off the power supply and re-switched on, but nothing happens Could you please advice us what is actually the problem? Thanks and regards I too encountered this problem couple of times and it got normal when: I switched off my H System removed the batteries of the 1st rack 0 removed the flash memory card switched on the power supply after few minutes inserted the EPROM memory reset when stop LED is stable then turn it to Run mode. Then it got back to normal. Followed the same steps for rack 1. Thanks,

Regards, Marcjan Dear Mr. Marcjan, I made several visits to same site for add ons and some logic modification. Every time Iused to download the changes online and test it with the customer. And later take shutdown and burn the EEPROM. Now the system is working fine and they have not reported this problem.

Shams I switched off my H System Nothing wrong with that. removed the batteries of the 1st rack 0 That's o.k. too removed the flash memory card Not needed switched on the power supply O.K if Flash was not removed. after few minutes inserted the EPROM Verry wrong to insert/remove Flash with power on! memory reset Not needed if you don't remove/replace the Flash with power on Regards, Marcjan
