Does it state whether the alarms are C (coming, meaning 'currently active') or CG (coming, going: meaning 'it happened, but is now fixed, but here is a message about it anyway)?

Try and understand the time of the message for the Coming message, and think about the environment in which that occurred. Did a 'STOP' download take place? Was the OS Server rebooted, if your CPUs are redundant, was there a switchover, if the later, do you have a fault tolerant connection in Netpro to handle that?

As you can see there is a number of ways something can trigger that message. Knowing the environment of when the message occurred should help you diagnose what triggered that.
