We have PCS7 V7.0 and we use Simatic batch to control the process.
I have the following problem.

1) The SFC that was in the running state blocks after a warm restart of the plc (example voltage loss)
2) simatic batch loses control over the SFC phases that were running.

We programmed the SFC types with the following parameters."Initialise SFC" and operating mode "auto" , no "autostart" and no "use default operating parameters when the SFC starts".

The SFC are in the idle state after the restart. but
with an error on ExecErr and CollErr outputs of the SFC
Also on wincc the operator prompt is shown on all SFC's that were not in the state IDLE

But it is not possible to start, resume, stop,reset or other commands in auto mode.
How can we proceed to resolve the problem

CS were already in 1. Despite all, I have the error active EXEC_ERR.

I solve the problem. If you have only one CS or several CS in your SFC Type, You must select one by default. Compile and load in PLC.

Second solution, modify one parameter in SFC Type, control Strategy CS by default for example. The action to compile and load the SFC Type in PLC solve the problem of EXEC_ERR.
