I have misunderstand about how can read and write data from VFD delta

kindly check attachment and advice me about solution

I attached my program and I cant know how can write address 2000H for VFD and how can move bit 0 or 1 to this address

What drive (make and model)are you trying to connect to, and how are you communicating with it? Modbus RTU?

finaly I solved my problem
