TIA13 SP1 CRASHES

sawmaster Advanced Member Joined: 9/24/2009 Last visit: 12/20/2025 Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Has anyone else had a problem with TIA13 SP1 crashing in WinCC ? I've had it happen everday. Today it has happen 5 times. Each time it seems I have to reboot. I did not have crashes before installing SP1.

Davinator Gold Member Joined: 1/4/2013 Last visit: 12/20/2025 Posts: 1195 Rating: (106)	K!ke, I have found that a very simple way of crashing TIA WINCC V13 is to check or uncheck the Columns options to show in the diagnostic alarm view (used in a global page). Sometimes it is siimply irritating: you open the project, go there, check for example to visualize the number of alarm and TIA crashes. You close it, reopen and do same operation with same result. You reboot and you have the same. Only if you open ur project and start do other things (create new pages, compile, change other stuffs) and after you check again what you need in that diagnostic alarm view then everything is ok... But ...

From today TIA crashed each time if I want add some WinCC tag from PLC databese directly. The way how I try to add a WinCC tag: I open a HMI screen >>> I select a IOfield to which I will add/change a tag >>> i choose from list a PLC >>> from PLC the required database >>> then TIA crashed and I send a report to SIEMENS from TIA. Yesterday I didn't have problem with TIA crash and I made many times a same steps as today. I tried a last saved version to reopen but I have a same problem with them. What is wrong with this software?! What now dir experts????? P.S. #1: When I add a WinCC tag through a HMI tag tables, then it works without crash. P.S. #2: I rebuild complete HW & SW on PLC and ON all HMIs, but nothing.
