Diosnel Posts: 141 Rating: (3)	Again I turn to you, I installed Tia Portal V13 quite normal but want to open gives me an error, tells me that error occurred or should not have happened, Siemens want to send the error. Please if I could help regards

Need information from you.. screen capture image to show what is the error installation: new or upgrade? how many minutes into installation before get error? where did you get file to make installation? what is the specifications of your computer hardware? what is the specifications of your Windows (version and 32bit vs 64bit)?
