How to make an archive of the operator's actions (PC Station, RT prof)?
It is necessary to record the time, date, operator action, the previous state
For Example:
15:00 21/02/2015 The valve is closed. (operator №1)
15:02 21/02/2015 Changed the maximum level. 5 -> 5.2 (operator №1)

an operator would either change a value of an I/O-field, where you could use the event "value changed" to trigger logging, or he would press a button (i.e. start/stop, open/close), which you can also use to tigger logging.
