Dear Experts,

I have installed TIA v13

After restart computer it is not allowing to add new device in HMI. it gives attached error message.

And even when old project is opened it gives same error while opening any page and application shuts down.

please post the list of the actual installed SIEMENS SW Packages.
Have you installed the Latest Updates for TIA V13? (UP6 or SP1+UPD1)

Hello,

try to install the Update6 for WinCC Professional.

It looks that you have install WinCC after the Update6 of TIA (Step7).

 As ChristopD suggest, you always need the same versione of all software, otherwise you could have problems running the softwares!
