Is there any way to filter out Outgoing alarms from the buffer/log on a comfort panel.  I dont like that my history page is filled with 2 states of every alarm

Hi matthew ,

  you can filter the outgoing alarm from alarm buffer by using filter option in the alarm buffer properties..

for eg: you configure all your motor alarm as

motor:run 

motor :fault

motor:temp high 

in your HMI alarm text field..

and in hmi alarm filter property give motor: 

it displays oly motor alarm

I still dont see how that will help me get rid of the duplicate messages.  The alarm filter only filters the Alarm message and because the incoming and outgoing have the same message both show up. I can see why the provided the ability to show when an alarm occured and was resolved but there should be a way to show only the incoming messages
