Can Anyone tell me if the ET200S 6es7 151-1aa02-0ab0 is compatible with TIA. I am having a hard time finding the GSE.

Hi ChristophD, Do you know if I can use a 6ES7 151-1AA02-0AB0 but in TIA configure it as 6ES7 151-1AA04-0AB0, would that work? Is the IM151-1AA0x_Std-CU.ZIP for configuring the older module like the 1AA02 in TIA? Reason I am asking is we need to use about 10 of these on a project, if I use the 1AA0x I can't seem to pack address for 4DI cards, but if I configure it with the built in 1AA04 then I can pack addresses. Thanks in advance. Allen |

will not work offline a newer type and online a older type is possible. |
