Can I do use Receive data from ET200S SI (6ES7 138-4DF01-0AB0) with a PLC s71200?...

How I do for receve data?

hi,

yes you can, but you need further Hardware. 

Your S7-1200 have to work as PN-Controller and the ET200s 1SI needs an interface-module connected as device to the S7-1200. Then you can cofigure the Serial Interface and receive data from it.
