Thanks your share. But when i try connect S7200 PLC to  VFD022C43A, it not work.

PLC Error Code 6 and Inveter Code 10 (Time response error). I use port 1 of PLC and RJ45 port in VFD (it right?)

Please help me

I use the programme you post, just change the Slave (4), and baudrate (9600). INVT parametter:

09-00: 4

09-01: 9600

09-02: 0

09-03: 1

09-04: 12

I afraid of the physical connection. I connect port 1 PLC with the RJ 45 of  INVT: PLC(3)-INVT(3); PLC(8)-INVT(4).

I check your attached program and every thing is O.k so you can check the following

1-  09.35 PLC address on your VFD so check your PLC address 

2- RS 485  pin 3 is B  & pin 8 is A so check the direction of RJ45 1 to 8 from right to left

3- you can try to make port 2 for Modbus - for check
