         I have a 6ES7 417-4HL01-0AB0 CPU. I have been trying to find it from the catalog tree in tia V2013 SP1 with upd4, but is not there....:(

Could you please help me?

You mean to update the firmware or use a newer CPU with different order number?

Newer CPU with different order number. From 4HL04-5HT06.

Personally, I think it is not possible to change a CPU from V4 to a V6 equivalent in a live process.To be sure, ask from here. Prior to that read section 17.2 for possible component changes for a Fault-Tolerant system HERE during operation.
