Just today we have had to run "part 6" for the first time.  The original programmer left off the 6start value, so we just had 'RH-0' instead of 'RH-06' as the starting value.  I have successfully changed this and downloaded it into my plc, but the problem is, when I monitor the values, it remains as 'RH-0'.  My question is, how do I get my monitored value to match the start value?  We cannot print off the correct barcode until we have this resolved.  I attempted cycling power to the plc, but that has not made any difference.

we know nothing about your project, so be more specific on what you want to do.

what do you want exactly? What is "part 6"? Is 'RH-06' a starting command for something?

Do you have a value or a string in a DB in a CPU you wish to have changed in TIA Portal?

Which TIA version? Which CPU?
