I have another question from you.

I want to convert the output of the instruction ( RETURN ),  that, is a Decimal number to a value corresponding to the time. because i want to know the exact time of Runtime for my program.

The attached picture shows the decimal value for the instruction output in the parameter MEM.

May you please tell me that how can i do that?

First note:

TIA Portal Help File - "RunTime"

The following applies to S7-1200 CPUs with firmware version earlier than V4.1: The Measure program runtime" instruction uses an internal high-frequency counter to calculate the time. If the counter overflows (this can occur up to once per minute), the instruction returns values <= 0.0. Ignore these runtime values.

The value is already decimal - in scientific notation.

5.298275.. e-005 seconds
or
5.298275.. x 10^-5 seconds
or
0.0000529298275.. seconds
or  rounded as
0.053ms
or
53 µs    (micro  seconds)
----------------

Please explain to me clearly, to which datatype to you wish to convert to? TIME can not handle this small. What do you want to do with this number? 

You could use CONVERT to make LREAL another data type.. but it depends on what you want to do.

Thank you for the acknowledgement.

My dear fellow - how still do not understand what you are asking for.
The LREAL value is already in engineering units of seconds.

Now what do you need still?..
- What data type do you need the time value in?
- What data type do you require the value to be?

Next... the coding you now have can give scan time to other processes inside the PLC. But if you simply wish to monitor the scan cycle from the PC you can use the online tools for that. But you probably know this already.
