Where can I find this PG/PC setting?

Can't seem to find it. I use TIA portal V13.

Can't seem to find it. I use TIA portal V13.

 windows control panel -> set PG/PC Interface

S7ONLINE must set to the Interfacecard which is connected to PLC.

A Little addition

in Windows 7 Control Panel you have to select the View: Small or Big Icons. When you use the standard view (Cathegory) then you can only see the Windows Standard Editors.
