The answer has already been given by IBN_Service.
From what you are showing us the coding is at issue.
Q0.2 is coiled in N2 and N4 -- and both networks are scanned.

Remember the PLC scan the networks left-right and top-bottom.
It will scan all the networks (different than PC codings like C++).
In this case Network 4 has the last say over Q0.2.

A coil will be executed regardless is the result before is TRUE or FALSE. The coil "absorbs" the TRUE or FALSE to mimic that state.

It would have been a different matter if -(s) and -(r) is used or if Jump instructions are used.

Please revisit the logics of your code.
