pleae help me

i have plc s7-300  with wincc scada and my systems have stuxnet worm .

i cleaned Grasc folder in wincc from files with .sav extension that hadn't .pld file. but what must i do for clean plc and simatic program?how can i sure taht my plc and monitorin system are clean ?
