I' m facing the same problem.

I have a running application on a IPC477. I can take over the WinCC Flexible RT Advanced via smartservice by entering:

http://6.250.1.28:5800/

but sometimes when I try to connect, I get the following :

"New connections disabled

The requested resource is too busy to accept further incoming connections"

=>I have to reboot the IPC to be able to connect via sm@rtservice again.

=>Is there a way to resolve this without rebooting?

Remark: If I try to access the application  via the sm@rtclient program (sm@rtaccess) at that moment, I still can connect to the application...

yes you can restart the SmartServer then it should work. i Think there are broken Connections that block other new incoming connections.

You can do it in the control Panel at your system in WinCC Internet Settings in the Tab "Remote"

Here you can stop and Start the Smart Server.

2nd is you can use the Sceduled Task in the Project to use once a day the System Function "ControlSmartServer"

create two Tasks for example one at 23.58 to stop the Server and one at 23.59 to restart the Server. Then once a day the Connectoins will be "refreshed" it prevents such a situation.
