We have set up collection oscillographic fault record over protocol IEC 60870-5-103 from Siprotec 7SJ62 relay to of the controller RTU560 (manufacture ABB). Then, the fault record file we can be downloaded from RTU560 through the WEB-interface. But the resulting file is not format COMTRADE (ASCII). View them in the SIGRA no opportunity. Most likely the fault record file are obtained in a special format.
For example, we downloaded the same way waveform relay REF542 +. From ABB sent us a special tool to convert these files to COMTRADE format.
Could you provide a similar utility to switch Siprotec.

I want to note that the files "Fault 00001" and "FR000001.SFP" have similar fragments.
