good morning.....i cant read  the temp properly from my rtd sm1231 mobule...what i must do... i must put in my programm any converter? my in put is IW68..i use one  mobule rtd with 8 inputs and one rtd 4 inputs and i must read 12 temp.. the pt100 is 2 wire sensors..my plc is s7-1200  1214c dc/dc/dc i must read the temp to control 10 valves for one cooling system... this is the one proplem

the ather one is one pid control that i must do...from the same plc the two analog in puts  in must control one  hiting system with two analog output valves 0-10 vdc..  the operetor will set the temp in 4 steps in every step the operetor will set and the temp and the time how much it wil stay at this temp the boiler... difficult??

i have one 6ES7 232-4HD32-0XB0 for analog out

i have one 6ES7 231-5PF32-0XB0 for pt 100

i have one 6ES7 231-5PD32-0XB0 for pt100

i have one ktp1000 v12 for control and monitoring 

i have one 6ES7 223-1BL32-0XB0 for inputs outputs

my plc 6ES7 214-1AG31-0XB0

my step is v12 sp1

Split from SB 1231 RTD has a problem.

is your system running without a failure? SF-LED?

How are you reading out your temperature? Have you tried peripherial access to the input-word? Try to access with IW68:P.

thangs for your answer my frend...my input reference the numper 19.888 the temp is 19.8? who i can take this numper? i must convertit? same who?

sorry, I don´t know what you mean. do you mean what kind of procedure to do the temperature control for heating? You can use the PID-control-block "PID_Compact" in technology blocks.

you don´t have to convert anything. But 19888 seems not to be the right value. Look on page 930. Make sure that the parameters you set are right. Maybe you give us some more information of your parameters, wiring and accessing of the values. So we can help you more.
