Try to perform an OS update with the option "Reset to factory settings" selected, see the following link: how do you do an "Operating system update" (OS update) or "Reset to factory settings" on operator panels? Please follow links provided from our Expert "Wizard". Please note that for panel "MP370", you can reset to factory setting using only one of the following two cables: RS232 Null Modem Cable "6ES7 901-1BF00-0XA0". The pin assignment of this cable is already provided by you. Right Angle adapter (9 pin 1:1) "6AV6 671-8XD00-0AX0" Please ensure that you have checked the check mark "Reset to factory setting" under OS update tab of Prosave. And please do not use any USB converters. Use the built in Com port of your PC / PG. Attachment RFS.png (283 Downloads)
