Darkanoid Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello Everyone, I'm having trouble to clear the the F01600/30600 - F01611/30611 on the sinamics g120c. I'm commading a sinamics g120C by profinet with S7 1500. The sinamics has the STO safety function activated. The safety signals are wired to terminal DI4 and DI5 trough and emergency stop. The safety it's ok, e.g., when the user press the emergency, the sinamics stop and the faults arises. Then I can't clear the faults anyway.. I have to power off - power on the sinamics to remove the faults. Does anyone clear those faults in other way? Thanks!

Darkanoid Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello Christoph, the faults are F01600 and F01611, and from the manual says that the remedy is: Remedy: - select Safe Torque Off and de-select again. But I don't know how to do that from telegram. I've found that I need to select the STO, then enter a password, and then deselect the STO via parameters.. but I think that maybe are another way to do that more simple. Here the fault, when the safety input (DI4 and DI5) are open (functional ok). Cause: The drive-integrated "Safety Integrated" function on processor 1 has detected an error and initiated a STOP A. - forced checking procedure of the safetyshutdown path on processor 1 unsuccessful. - subsequent response to fault F01611(defect in a monitoring channel). Fault value (r0949, interpret decimal): 0: Stop request from processor 2. 1005: Pulses suppressed although STO not selected and there is no internal STOP A present. 1010: Pulses enabled although STO is selected or an internal STOP A is present. 9999: Subsequent response to fault F01611.

Acknowledging the Safety faults There are several ways to acknowledge Safety faults: ● Acknowledgment through deselection of STO or SS1: – Remove the cause of the fault. – Deselect "Safe Torque Off" (STO) or "Safe Stop 1" (SS1). – Acknowledge the fault. If the Safety commissioning mode is exited when the safety functions are switched off (p0010 = value not equal to 95 for p9601 = 0), then all the Safety faults can be acknowledged. Once safety commissioning mode has been selected again (p0010 = 95), all the faults that were previously present reappear. ● The higher-level controller sets the signal "Internal Event ACK" via the PROFIsafe telegram (STW bit 7). A falling edge in this signal resets the status "Internal Event" and so acknowledges the fault. ● Acknowledgment by switching the drive unit off/on Safety faults can also be acknowledged (as with all other faults) by switching the drive unit off and then on again (POWER ON). If this action has not eliminated the fault cause, the fault is displayed again immediately after power-up. Regards Christoph

I don't know how to switch to telegram 30 or 900 for profisafe and then go back to telegram 352. Could you give me an approach or a link to a document? I'm a newbie on this subject. Whats mean: "Acknowledgment through deselection of STO or SS1" or how can i do that? I've read with changing parameters.. is in this way? Thanks!

To use the Safety Telegrams with ProfiSafe you must have a F-PLC like 315-2 F DP/PN, have you a safety PLC to control the G120C? Yes deselection STO means the way with the parameters. Darkanoid Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	I have a 1513-1 PN PLC... So, I can't clear the fault with a telegram with this PLC.. Summarizing: The only alternative to power off / power on to clear the fault is by all the stuff related to change parameters to select and deselect STO. This is not a good alternative (i think). Or am I wrong?
