While it is possible to connect the PC via a voltage divider directly to the 0-10V inputs.
But it's a very imprecise measurement with a poor resolution.
It is better to use a transmitter with a 0-10V output.

Here's an example:
A 1.5 kOhm resistor in series with a PT100 to 10V input, powered by 24V.

PT100 resistance value at 0 °C = 100 Ω
PT100 resistance value at 100 °C ≈ 138 Ω

1500 Ω: 100 Ω = 22.50 V: 1.50 V (by 0 °C)
1500 Ω: 138 Ω = 22.08 V: 1.92 V (by 100 °C)

ΔU = 0.42 V
Δϑ = 100 ° C

Resolution: 0.01V = 2.38 ° C ≈ 2.5 °C

That's a very poor resolution. Added to this is that the margin of error in the range of the analog input is very large.
