are ET200MP and ET200SP compatible with S7-1200? or the peripheral IO solution can only be done with S7-1500 since for example the ET200 SP uses S7-1500 I/O cards?

If I have a look at the diagnostic buffer, error 5 and 6 are telling: You are missing hardware component.
Mismatch actual configuration and configured configuration.

Please check the hardware and are you using the right components in Device configuration?

 Hi,

ET200SP and ET200MP are distributed I/O and can be used with S7-300/S7-400/S7-1200/S7-1500 with PROFIBUS or PROFINET.

The ET200MP use the same I/O Modules like the S7-1500 PLC Series, the ET200SP use origin modules.
