Hello,

I want to create a simple button that needs to work like this:

- on left mouse click, it's tag is set to 1 and it's colour changes to green;

- on next left mouse click, it's tag is set back to 0, and it's colour changes back to gray;

I already managed to create the button and make it change a tag's value to 1 on left mouse click, but I can't figure how to make it change it's colour and that tag value back to 0 using the same mouse button.

Can some one help me with this, please?

one way to do what you want is this:

on mouse click of the button, Get the value of the tag. if it is 1, change it to 0 and change the back color of the button to grey, else if it is 0 change the value to 1 and back color to green

if(GetTagBit("TagName")) // TagName is the Tag you want to change to 0 or 1

SetTagBit("TagName",0);

SetBackColor(lpszPictureName,lpszObjectName,0xB6B6B6); //grey

}

else

{

SetTagBit("TagName",1);

SetBackColor(lpszPictureName,lpszObjectName,0x00FF00); //green

}

also, set the global color scheme property to No from the button properties.
