Split from Tia portal basic v13 to tia portal professional v13.

Hi,

I am also facing the same problem. System was working yesterday with no error but today showing this error with the same backup.

1. First I restart the system but no result.

2.Control panel ->administrative tools-> services

     Checked the SQL server wincc- stopped.      

     Tried to start manually, but failed- error code-3417

3. Then I repair the tia wincc professional, wincc runtime.. Using original software . But no positive result.

4. Then I restore the system. But no result.

Please give me a solution.
