Hi,

I have a simatic PG, It a step 7 V5.5 . I noticed an error 0x0360:DLL/xD on the PG/PC interface diagnostic dialog box while trying to connect with PLC.

When I start the system this error pops up: s7aregsx.dll is missing,

What can I do to correct this error.

which operation system do you use?
Have you search the file on the system if is exists?

as my friend say you should check your operating system and also you should check the licence key ' if it require reinstall it .

also maybe your windows attacks by some trojan on virus so i recommand have a backup of yor operating system always for these  times like picture.

Unfortunately I had the same problem:

First error was about missing .dll - dont know why. This library was 2x in Siemens folder. After that I could not reach any HMI/PLC via TIA13. Test in PG/PC Interface was not successfull. So I uninstalled all Siemens products (STEP7, TIA13, WinCC13, LOGO Com, ProSave etc.), deleted all registers in system (all register with any Siemens, TIAP, S7). Then I installed STEP7 5.5 and after that communication with PLC start works. Then I wanted to install TIA13, but came the same error like for other. So again - uninstall all Siemens SW, delete register.. nothing worked.

Finally the solution: Format C:/, new W7, new S7, new TIA13.
