Can you tell and explain me more?   for example,  first   it  will go position 1,  then will go position 2 , position 3, position 4, position 5  .  Later  it will return to the referance point.  (without plc)

you can use any plc in which pulse + direction output is available for control the v-90 with motor.

Pulse + direction means PTO output train  you need in your controller.

without any plc you cannot control the v-90 directly, using V-Assistant you can only test & move motor in job mode for commissioning purpose, but for control of motor in any desired profile either motion or velocity, you need any plc or special controller with PTO output (Pulse + Direction output)
