Please anyone tell me about SSI encoder. 

I am using ssi encoder in one of simotion retrofitting machine.

I dont have any idea about ssi concept.  Please anyone tell me brief about ssi protocol and benifits of ssi protocols from other.

Please tell me about Endat protocol also.
