We have the following two types of VFD  

1-      SINAMICS G120,45KW, have power module with part number(6SL3210-1NE28-8UL0) And control unit CU230P-2 HVAC with part number (6SL3243-0BB30-1HA2).

2-      SINAMICS G120,37KW, have power module with part number(6SL3210-1NE27-5UL0) And control unit CU230P-2 HVAC with part number (6SL3243-0BB30-1HA2).

We supply the following two types of Harmonic filters

1-      Matrix Ap Harmonic filter 480 V ,83A with Part number (MAPP0083D).

2-      Matrix Ap Harmonic filter 480 V ,70A with Part number (MAPP0066D).

We fixed the harmonic filter series before drive as per drawing for harmonic filter , After we started the Drive ,we have fault (30002: DC Link Over voltage ) then we increased the ramp up time for drive so it works up to 50 HZ and after that it trip again. Can you support us in this point?

Do you face the problem on both the drives?

Have you measured supply voltage? How much is the value in P0210?

Is it under commissioning? Check the phase assignment at power unit.

Motor control type U/F or vector?

Not ramp up but ramp down time needs to increase.
