The creation and distribution of GSD files is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the Profibus-DP slave.

• Siemens can provide the gsd file for the Siprotec 7SJ80 very simply, since it is the manufacturer

• For the A-B20-Comm-P gsd file ( Note : A_B_0572.GSd is the name of the gsd for 20-COMM-P) you can have a look at this Rockwell site:

In the box marked Product search, insert "GSD file", then All GSD Files. You will be able to choose between different versions of the 20-COMM-P gsd files.

However, you will then be asked to insert your registration name and password with Rockwell Support to obtain the file. I am not registered myself, so I cannot help you further.

• Same with the ABB M2m gsd file, the only mention I find of the existence of the gsd file is in the instruction manual provided on the ABB site.. I suggest you contact ABB support directly to ask for the file.
