I am not sure I understand the question exactly, so I will answer what I believe is the problem you ask about.

Profibus I/O acts exactly the same as I/O modules on the CPU rack. Once the Profibus configuration is finished and downloaded to your CPU, you must use the addresses provided by the configurator to access the slave modules in your program.

Let's look at your first DI module, which has been given input address 0. That means the each digital input of this module is linked to addresses I0.0, I0.1, I0.2... I0.7 in the PLC memory. To test the status of the first digital input of that DI module, test I0.0; for the last digital input, test I0.7. Your first DO module has been attributed output address on byte 0, so the first output is Q0.0, then Q0.1,...Q0.7.

Have a look at he sample LAD networks below, they show how to test some of theose inputs , along with outputs on your first DO module..

 it looks from your attached image you have inserted wrong DP slave device ,first confirm which FW of wago you are looking for .please refer attachment it should look like that in HW Config window.
