Regards, Dear NavZilla, You can find it in the s7-1200 programming manual guide https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/36932465/simatic-s7-s7-1200-programmable-controller?dti=0&lc=en-BR and another easy way is to press F1 wherever you get stuck at any instruction. The tia is having a nice help option and for learning it in more depth you can refer to its examples available @ Siemens Support
