It was specifically asked about the 12 / 24V DC logo. And the tension, which the user has measured, is 31 VDC.
Then has been answered specifically by me in the second post.
One need not again refer back to the Manual.

Hi Diosnel,

LOGO! 12/ 24 has the following range for power supply and Inputs:

10.8 ... to... 28.8 VDC

Transistor outputs:

Voltage: lower or equal of power supply.
Current: max. 0.3 A

Relay's outputs:

It depends on used voltage and charges (resistive or indutive). See attachement.

However you can use intermediate relays, either for inputs or outpus.
