How many S7 connections can simultaneously communicate with TIA V13 Professional SCADA. Is there any way to have 15000 PLCs communication with SCADA.

I must confess I'm not the ideal person to answer your question but I have few things to ask/say.

1- Is this a real application or a hypothetical one?

2- What is you network architecture? I mean how do you arrange subnets, switches, fiber optics, addresses,..etc. ?

3- If you are asking about performance limits of WinCC TIA professional, then the answer is from the HMI catalog.

You can look in the TIA Portal Help System here you find the Systemlimitations:

Information System-> visualise processes ->performance features -> WinCC Runtime Professional (RT Professional)

Here you can see in Communication chapter the limits.

What do you mean with "15000 PLCs"

it is a typing error or do you meat 15000 Powertags or Connectoins to S7-1500 PLC?

 The most comprehensive Siemens system is the PCS7 and it can communicate 60,000 tags. If you have such a huge system, I think you should consider PCS7

no the limitation of Powertags is muchhigher in current WinCC Versions

in V7.3 or V7.4 for example  the highest License you can buy is 262144 Powertags

 Dear thanks for reply....We know that we can configure 262,144 power tags. But can we make connections for 14950 number S7-1212c PLCs in intranet network with single SCADA TIA V13. SCADA will read 10 tags from each PLC.

Number of connectable controllers

With CP 1613/CP 1623, a maximum of 64 S7 controllers can be connected via Industrial Ethernet; with CP 5612/CP 5622 a maximum of 8, and with CP 5613 A3 a maximum of 44 S7 controllers can be connected via PROFIBUS. With approx. 10 or more controllers, the use of Industrial Ethernet is recommended.

 You also need to know that your power tags will be limited to 262,144 power tag.

4- If it's a real application (e.g.  a national or multi continent SCADA for water/ energy/transportation), then I recommend to contact your local Siemens office and ask for a presentation on WinCC Open Architecture.

This could be the only solution for such applications. You can have hundreds of distributed servers, hundreds of clients and millions of power tags.

Almost 15000 (!fifteenthousand!) PLC Connections are not possible!!!!!!

In the TIA Portal Help and the WinCC Professional V13 Manual is no limitation for S71200 Connections but if You look in the WinCC Scada Classic (for Example V7.3) you fina a limit of 32 Connections.

So WinCC Professional V13 Runtime will not be able to handle so much PLC Connections
