Dear Expert,

I replaced my S7-314c 2PN/DP with my new CPU 313c.

I uploaded the original program backup from the old plc (314c 2PN/DP). Then i removed the MMC card from the old plc 314c 2PN/DP and inserted in the new plc 313c.

Now I cant able to download or upload in this new PLC. I suspect this is due to the mismatch in the hardware configuration saved in the MMC card. Do i need to reset MMC card ???

please help. !!

First check for compatibility the two CPU - full product code and firmware.

It is better to work with copy of uploaded project. Change the CPU in the hardware config. Compile all. Before dounload you need to connect to the PLC. To make this first delete the old MMC in the PG slot or by Siemens prommer, or use new (empty) MMC, otherwise it is impossible to connect to the new CPU with old HWconfig in MMC.
