Dear everybody!

We are facing a problem what we definitely can not solve alone.

Been using a SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008 and it was fine till yesterday. While our unit was running we tried to fix something else and we touched one of the eletronic modules and our system shut down itself for an instant. The screen in the PC was frozen, tried to restart it several times and do what we can but this is out of our hand now.

When I start the program it says "change to operating 'online'" and a few seconds later "connection disconnected: Connection_1, Station 192.168.0.11, rack 0, slot 2.

Do you have any idea what could go wrong?

Hello KovBot,

are you using a PC with WinCC flexible RT Advanced or a Panel?

Is the ethernet cable plugged in PLC and HMI, did you make any updates on PLC or in the HMI project?

Thank you for the reply, we already solved the problem with just to connect the cable directly to the PC. We used a distribution router what didn't send any signal further.
