I want to get the diagnostics on the level of channel in my ET200m (153-2BA10-0XB0) with 10xDI32 modules (320 DI channels)..

I used SFC13 and map its output to an instance DB in OB82. As is known .. SFC13 output has a limited 124 Byte ... 

Could you please help in describing the way to map the diagnostics of these (320 channels), actually the structure of the SFC13 is not so clear, at least for me:)

You do not tell the purpose of having this information in your application.
And we don't know in detail neither the controller used, nor the Step7 version.
Let us assume Step7 classic and S7-300/400

May be there are faster alternatives than digging in bits and bytes of SFC13.
- together with Siemens visualisation panels/Scada, you can use "Report System Error".
It is part of Step7 and generates automatically a program and the corresponding alarms and alarm texts for the visualisation

- another approach is to use the information provided by the header bytes of OB82.
The OB is called once for each incoming and going channel error.
In annex an extract of the manual "system and standard functions" of the S7-300/400 family.
You will see what kind of info you get.
