Hello every one,

I am using WinCC 7.0 SP3 for SCADA. I have written a script in VB for exporting tag value into excel file. I am writing winCC tag values to Excel file periodically after every 1 hour through VB.  It works fine. But now requirement is changed. we need to write WinCC tag values in to .CSV file instead of excel file.

is it possible to write tag values automatically to .CSV file periodically from WInCC 7.0 SP3...??

As per information from the link, it is possible to generate the .CSV file in WinCC 7.3 version.

But I am using WinCC 7.0 sp3 version.

So please share if have any solution to export tag values in .csv file from WinCC 7.0 SP3 through Script...

the syntax is the same. You can also look in the internet for code to implement a csv file with VB 6 or ANSI C. You must create a file. Then you must open a file. Then you must write into the file. And then you must close the file.
