Hi there, I was trying to update the firmware for CMR2020 (I had choosed the path where the firmware update file is located in my laptop the i had clicked on the "LOAD" button. And i had encountered something which i think is unusual (The uploading status was 65% then after some time, i was automatically logged out of the WBM). Attached is the screenshot of what i can see after i login again into the CMR. Please advise what needs to be done next as i can see that the status showing "Format error".
