We have serious problems about operation of Mahine RHBD 13/18-T

The operation panel (KTP700 Basic) is blocked or inhibited. Do not do any operation only a frozen SIMATIC screen remains.

We try to establish communication with Prosave but mark communication error and screen is still frozen.(KTP700 Basic)

We will also share the restoration procedures.
